AVA5 ad LDF5 use different connectors and tools. I have plenty of LDF connectors but had to buy new for AVA. Re 50 vs 50A I can't help. Grant KZ1W Everything I can find refers only to the 50A version

I never heard of plain LDF5-50. If the cable is good and you cannot find any information on it, why not try a LDF5-50A connector and see if it makes good physical contact? John KK9A I have some LDF5-

I found some references to the non-A series by looking at connector box labeling. For example the L5TNM-PS connector had the -50 part number listed. Searching again for box tabs on what looked to be

No, the later ones were marked "-50A only" because there was also an LDF5-50B that came out near the end of the LDF product line which used connectors that were incompatible with LDF5-50A due to dif
