Has any one had any sucess at installing there own electric lift mechanism for the MA550? US Tower wants almost $1000 for their MD75 motor drive, seems a bit heavy and I was looking for a lower cost

I have heard that people have used a large electric drill to turn the handle shaft on hand winches. Sounds like it would work ok and it would be easily removable by loosening the chuck. 73, Dan, N5AR
