Tommy, Another option is to use a bucket truck (if the location is appropriate...ie. no nearby power lines, etc). They can be rented very cheaply, and it eliminates all the need for the derrick hardw

I agree. The method Jim outlines below (using 4 guys) works just fine. I'd adjust the guy on the side away from the pull a bit long while raising, so you can pull it up and over center, and then it w
