- Has anyone tried that CLR (Calcium, Lime, Rust Remover) stuff on towers? I'm sure it would work on the rust but I'm not familiar with the chemical process so I don't know what effect it might have on

- Hi Jerry, Instead of sanding my surface rust I used two coats of Rust Bullet. It has been on the tower only two years. So can't comment on longevity. But it still looks like new. 73, N2TK, Tony What
