When I installed my HDX555 I also bought the parts precut and bent. I used wire wrap to build the cage on it's side in the yard with the help of the XYL. I used a front loader to put it in the hole.

Joe, I forgot to mention: After you put the rebar gage into the hole, you can hammer some rebar stakes into the ground near each corner of the hole. Tie a piece of binding wire to each corner of the
