I went to a hobby store to get something like that. Unfortunately, it kinked no matter what I did to bend it. I ended up using bendable brake line instead. Heavier and non-rust-proof, but it worked.

I built mine from 1/4 inch brass tubing. Cut the corners at 45 degrees and soldered together. Used smaller styrene rod from the same source to connect the sections. Readily available in 3 foot length
