Yes, but all the rule means is that you can operate only one of those transmittters/transverters at a time. On the low bands you must wait 15 minutes between band changes. Not so on VHF, so you can j

I've always interpreted that to mean "one transmitter on the air at the same time as other stations". If you have 5 transverters/transceivers for VHF/UHF but you're only using one at a time, I think

I concur with Zack and Jim...it is the number of transmitters ACTIVE AT ONE TIME. If an operation happened to transmit on 6m AT THE SAME TIME as they were transmitting on 2m, that would be beyond the
