But that never happens in any contest. As I said before, many people are putting more operating time in than I am, and the rules don't account for that. Some have much bigger stations that I have, so

Well what you are talking about seems much more of a stretch than seperating a band of 10 station workng together in unison to inflate their score and those who do not do this. It simple just put the
