You need more than Command.COM. There are two hidden files. Get then to make you a bootable floppy with format and sys. The easiest way if you have WIN98 is to make a WIN98 boot disk, works, is DOS

Some have said they got PED to run in a DOS Window.. On the PED page they tell you not to run it in a DOS Window.... and that if you get it to run in a Window you are lucky ... Try it ... it may work
