- I had a similar problem, altho I didnt receive an error message. Writelog summary showed 137 mults, but ARRL response to my log file showed on 134. Not exactly sure how to track down this discrepancy

- It is my understanding that the ARRL log submission process is using an old country file. It is not counting something correctly. Don't worry, the log checking software will use the appropriate file
