I got same error this time, but probably won't follow up. I also got this before. ARRL said it was a problem with their log checking robot. They did not expect a 599 as part of the report as all that

I had the same problem. RST is optional in this contest, but no one told the robot..... Open the file and delete the RST fields. The robot accepted the modified file. Jim sent it back:.
