I have just got a Microham USB Interface, my problem is that it has loaded itself onto Com 7 as 1-5 are in use (according to my device manager in System) I am running XP pro is there a way to get WL

Bring up Device Manager-> Ports. Double click on one of the low ports. Try COM2 to start with. Go to the "Port Settings" tab and click on the "Advanced" button. Change the COM Port Number to a higher

Writelog supports higher port numbers but you have to edit the .INI file. Search the list archives for "COM PORT" 73 - Jim AD1C -- Jim Reisert AD1C, 7 Charlemont Court, North Chelmsford, MA 01863 USA
