Hi Everyone, I've just installed Writelog 10.50 Full on a PIII Dell desktop PC running Win98SE. When I go to install the 10.55D upgrade I get an error message "Component Move Data Error Information",

I had this, too. Reboot after installing the base product before installing the upgrade. I think something is left running after the initial install and the upgrade can't replace it because it's runn
