Hi all, I just acquired a Yaesu FT-897 and having a problem to connect it to the Ameritron AL-811H Amplifier. Amplifier is working OK with both Kenwood radios. Got an audio cable from R/S 1/8 stereo

Hi all, I contacted Yaesus Tech help center for the problem am Having, they told me:I cant use the CAT interface and an Ameritron Amplifier at the same time. To use the Ameritron I have to disconnect

Could you use one of those footswitches that has 2 closures? I think Heil makes one where the amp PTT closes slightly before the rig PTA. Just a thought.. Hi all, I contacted Yaesus Tech help center

I key an external relay circuit using PTT from the radio to key my two Ameritron AL80B amplifiers. Not sure if this is proper or not, but I've been doing it for years with no problems. I don't rememb
