Bob, You can export WL files directly in an ADIF format. Use WL's FILE I EXPORT I ADIF FILE menu. That file can then be read directly by DX4WIN. Use the FILE I IMPORT/EXPORT menu in DX4WIN and select

If you use this method you have to edit the ADI file if you want to track states. For many contests the state designator ends up being called "QTH" or "ARRL_SECTION" or something other that "STATE".
