I am wondering if this is a radio-specific problem since a K3 owner replied directly saying the scroll wheel did not behave this way at his QTH. I don't know but I'll check it with my Kenwood radio w

Don, Mouse_Wheel=10Hz is the default ... it behaves that way if there is no Mouse_Wheel directive. With the K3 the Mouse wheel will move VFO A (receiver) and leave the K3 in split if split is engaged
