For some reason unknown to me the "convert cty to writelog" program puts the upda; /archives//html/WriteLog/2012-09/msg00020.html (9,291 bytes)

After trial and error I found out the wl_dty.dat file was not actually downloading from the site but was coming from my browser cache file. Ran CCleaner to clean up the cache; /archives//html/WriteLog/2012-09/msg00021.html (8,896 bytes)
