- Denis, If you have a 500Hz filter or 270Hz in the 8.33 use them. The 2.7KHz filter is asking for trouble on a mode where you need less than 200Hz to receive signals. 73, Bob W5OV --Original Message--

- Let me guess at what you are doing. I will guess that you are using AFSK tones 2125/2295 with the TS-850 in the LSB mode. The 850's bandpass is centered around 1500 Hz in LSB, and your 500 Hz filter

- Dennis, You need to add the 8.83 500hz filter and have them cascaded. This will restore the functionality of the two slope tunes. Makes for a really nice and tight filter too. Add the 270HZ from Inra
