Dick, TO2A maps correctly for me. Apparently your CTY file is out of date. As Randy noted the other day to fix this manually find TO2A in your log and click on the "?" showing on that line. Then edit

Just a quick note on this cty.dat. I had a similar problem and based on the instructions, I updated but realised at some point in the contest that I was still using the old cty.dat. I eventually did
