I've just installed Windows XP and I'm trying to get my HAL P38 = running without success. I've put P38_PORT=3DOX360 into the = writelog.ini file in the rttyrite section and still no joy. Anybody = h

The P-38 is not supported by WriteLog on Windows XP. However, you might be able to make it work. I haven't tried this, but if you look at the instructions here: http://www.writelog.com/support/lpt_p

I downloaded and installed DirectIO and it allows my P38 to work in everything but Rttyrite. It works just fine in XPWare etc. Don't know why rttyrite won't connect with DirectIO and everything else

Thanks to those that responded. Success at last using my P38 with Windows XP. I downloaded and installed UserPort setting the port address to 0x360-0x363. I then used the Windows XP compatibility wiz
