I've used WL for RTTY/PSK with one radio for a while and now I'm setting it up for two radios. No matter what I do, WL always selects audio input from the Left channel of the soundboard's line input.

You seem to have the two setup pre-requisites right: each Entry window must have an "L" and an "R" display, and, if you're running the RTTY window, it must be setup for one of the two stereo settings
