When attempt to run writelog and WSJT - whichever I load first gets the audio board. I don't want to be turning audio board off on writelog to use WSJT and writelog is logging through UDP Solutions??

I use VSPE. Specifically with Writelog, N1MM+, WSJT-X, ACLog and VHFLog. All work. The "split" serial port created by VSPE can have 8 simultaneous connections. It's with the COM port, both writelog a
