- If you are running 10.83 AND if your messages have a caret character in them (for a "half space") then that version has a bug that sometimes pauses on SOME WinKey hardware. Solutions: revert to 10.82

- Ed, I have noticed that in CW mode, the delay after a CW message is sent to end of PTT is quite long - unless I do something similar to what you have done. I open the ports screen then open the CW PT
