Go to Setup, Ports. The column of check boxes next to the Com ports available should be ticked to show which port the Winkey is conneted to. In the box on the bottom just right of centre on the Port

In Setup | Ports, select the appropriate serial port under the left-most column ("CW"). Then select "K1EL Winkey" under CW Keyer Type (bottom, right of center). This should work. Don't forget to do S
