Jerry, In WL V11.32 you should no longer be downloading the wl_cty.zip file and trying to install it yourself with Convert CTY to WriteLog. The new improved method is to simply open WriteLog, prefera

But Gary, That is the function I am saying DOES NOT work on this strange computer. It works fine on my other computers. There is something strange going on with folder/file permissions I think. I did

Jerry, Apparently I misunderstood your issue as you were talking about downloading a zip file, unpacking it and then trying to get wl_cty converted so WL would recognize it. Not sure I can offer any
