Hi all, Me again. Is anyone out there using the Yaesu G-1000DXA rotor control under computer control? The external control connector (6 pin mini-DIN) says "to optional GS-232A Computer Control Unit".

Jerry: You will need the yaesu rs-232 option, think it runs about $300. I use the Kachina 505arx to control it, but writelog does not interface with the 505arx. Sartek makes the same basic unit also.

Jerry, First the good news, YES Writelog will control the G1000DXA. Now for the bad news. The interface signals are only CW, CCW, Analog for position and I think a sped control analog signal. The GS2
