I paid my money and tried to download the new program and my Norton 360 canceled it due to: insight network threat ws.reputation.1 whatever that means. Since I have only 5 tries, what do you suggest?

I concur with Steve. I recently removed Norton Internet Security 2010 from three computers and replaced it with MSE. It made a significant improvement in performance and is far less obtrusive. 73 - J

If you have 10.74 working well just do an upgrade to 10.77 (Downloads/Writelog Versions/WL1077hmsiupg.exe). No reason to start completely over I don't think. Save the full version 10.77 somewhere tho
