I was wondering if anyone has seen this one?  This started about a month ago. My FT1000MP sometimes does not power up.  You push in the "POWER" button and nothing happens!  It is most disturbing. But

Carl, No answer for you, but mine (field) had also done that. After a month or so of intermittent starts it returned to normal. Will look on internet and see if anything pops up. Sick feeling pushing
