Yeah, but then you have to deal with the FT-1000D's shortened keyed elements while using QSK. I upgraded to the "MP" and haven't had a scintilla of trouble with it. The CW keying is as good as my Om

I don&acute;t believe that the best answer for MP bugs would be buy 1000D. Yaesu needs to know everything about your products, and I&acute;m sure that my rig isn&acute;t the rule, but the exception!!
