I just installed on another computer running Win98 SE, and for me anyway, the DLL was there. You should find it in c:\windows\system. Also, the device that wasn't working is probably TVICHW32.VXD. Yo

Okay, I tried a complete uninstall, a new install, and rebooting. CTWIN.EXE does not appear anywhere on my machine! Here's the complete list of files that now appear in C:\Program Files\K1EA Software
