to use nettsr under win95 you must get an ndis-packet driver for win95. i have an older one here that kind of works, but doesn't seem real reliable in my tests. if you boot to dos instead you can use

This might be of interest to some of you. We tested a virtual packet driver during CQWW SSB. Worked without any problems in Win95 MS-DOS window (did not test sending cw ...). Cold run other programs
