WHen set up for the NAQP, as always, TR shows me a name if it's in the database. How do I get it to show me a QTH if the Q field in TRMASTER has an entry? I've read through the initial exchange part

In the CONTROL-J menu go to initial exchange - hit the enter key and you will see it cycle through all of the possible initial exchanges that you can display from the TRMASTER.DTA database. I've read

Names and QTHs often look the same, so the program is rather clueless what something like: AL ED MO should be. This means you need to put the name first and QTH second. I guess that means INITIAL EXC

The "strange" QTHs are because the name is being used as the QTH and it looks for something like it in the .DOM file and matches on the last thing entered for the qth. Why not just use either: INITIA

I should have said in my original post that I tried INITIAL EXCHANGE = NAME QTH and it did not work. Well, it must have been a typo because it works fine when I enter it from the contro-J menu. Thank
