You can adjust the drag on the OMNI-6 by holding the skirt and turning the main portion of the knob. I never tried it on the OMNI-V when I had it, but the two knobs look alike! de KL7HF

I'm pretty sure the tension adjustment feature was introduced on the OMNI-6. That knob will coast across the band as smooth as any tuning knob I've ever seen after all the tension is removed. Steve E
