Hi All, The High Pass Filter shown in the 1985 ARRL Handbook, Page 30-22 works very well. It is similar to the filter posted by the ZL, but slightly different. It uses T50-2 cores for the inductors,

ICE (in Indianapolis) makes decent high pass filters with a cutoff just below 1.8 MHz. I have two of them, one of which is in line with my rig all the time. It works quite well. I've also measured it

I have something similar, two stations one 1550 one 1690 mix and dump on 1830. Only they have a common transmitter/antenna and its probably mixing in the station electronics. Station is only 2 miles

My best high pass filter is a 7-section built from the October, 1983 QST article by John Webb, W1ETC. It helps get rid of WTAW about a mile away which is on 1620 with 10KW dayswhen I want to measure
