- It sounds like you have a problem with either the terminating resistor or the matching transformer. Or, there could be a problem with your switching if you have more than one EWE. There is no reason

- Bjorn, Tim: Thanks for your comments. I don't have much time to play with the antennas until the weekend, but I did manage to hook up an SWR Analyzer. The analyzer says 1.5:1 at 1820 Kc (35 ohms R).

- be working right. The YCCC array and other high-performance receiving arrays have much higher directivity, and correspondingly higher RDF's, than a K9AY loop. On 160m, the YCCC array has an RDF of 1
