I just talked to BQ9P (Pratas Island) on 15m SSB and they said they would be on 160m CW looking for North America from 1000Z to 1330Z. He didn't know what frequency they would use, but it will be CW.

They are hearing quite well now, and this morning (Saturday) stayed on 1826 until 1433Z, when there were hardly any customers left. Too many calling them right on frequency though, when they are QSX

I worked BQP9 at my sunrise this morning on 80m and I asked him about 160m. The op (Randy, W9ZR) said, "Tomorrow". He had an excellent signal on 80m, so that vertical is working VFB. 73, de Earl, K6S

Hi All, BQ9P was calling CQ, first on 1829 and then on 1827 QSX 5 up. He was on for 30 minutes from 2025z to 2055z. I did pass on the info to one or two Europeans but unfortunately they had no copy.
