Not really if it is a gentle slope since IMHO the arrival angle of the incoming signal will most likely not be bothered.  The slope may actually attenuate some ground wave noise in those directions a

How long is the slope? A beverage or a BOG on a slope like that will work great. I don't know how it will work if the direction of interest is toward the top of the slope though. Any comments? Jim -
