Forget the sloppy sloper... You have a nice support... What I suggest for a temporary antenna is a bent dipole, fed with coax... Use a 2x4 clamped to the tower to hold the upper end of the antenna 5

John & fellow Topbanders: John, I would consider a different approach as well. An inverted-L 160 feet long, about 80 - 85 feet vertical with the rest sloping out at less than 30 degrees below horizon

Hi John, Having used a sloper from ZL for 4 years, I changed over to a top drive arrangement. The latter gave me a 3 dB improvement over the sloper. You may want to try out top drive. If os, run the
