- According to an email exchange i had with Bob IK0PRG it was a "PIRATE" and "CW" no way so sorry to say that it was indeed no good qso...FYI PK0PRG is the qsl manager Sam Hi Top Banders! I was certain

- For whatever it's worth, I worked HV0A on 80m CW in March, 2007. It was a valid QSO and I did get both paper and LoTW QSLs. . .so somebody there in the Vatican is working CW. 73. . .Dave W0FLS ______
