Greetings - we arrived safe and sound on Monday, albeit 7 hours late = thanks to a canceled Korean Air flight from Seoul. It wasn't until = everyone was on the plane and the door closed that they dec

Thought I'd type up a quick report while CQing on 1839 KHz. It was a busy but productive day. We started the day per JT1CO by looking at his TH-11 which is not loading properly on 15 meters. We found

As most of you know by now, we're QRV on 80 and 160. Part of yesterday was spent with JT1CO in the shack and JT1BG and myself at the vertical base making adjustments. Only one minor RF burn was encou

Well the US sunrise was closed out with a "run" of 11 W6/W7 stations. Congrats to AI6L for being the first US station at 14:19Z. For Europe, it looks like the best shot is sometime around 20Z until o

Just a couple of random items before another day of antenna work. We had a great opening to Europe this morning. Signals were loud and plentiful. That coming on the heels of an opening to W6/W7, left

Well conditions definitely did not improve over the last 24 hours. Signals were much weaker and fewer people worked. Yesterday the WX took a turn for the worse. It was fairly windy in the morning wit

The first night was a bust. The radar from BY/P5 is really making a mess of the entire band and 80 meters to a lesser extent. It's going to be near impossible to work anyone on Topband if it persists
