George, VP8CTR was very available in 1997/98. QTH was Vernadsky Base on Galindez Island, AN-006. The operator was the much-traveled Roman Bratchik, UX1KA, EM1KA, EM1U, UA1OT, 4K2OT, XY0RR, 3W/4K2OT.
