Digital signals of various types have no more phase noise than any other modulation. It depends on the quality of both the TX and the power amp, if there is one. It's also possible for sound card use

Hope not to get off topic for TB. The primary reason there is no digital at the bottom end of 6 meters is that it is not legal in the US. 50.000-50.100 is CW only. I am sure there would be a huge out
