Started out with an eye on the NA single band 80 record and a hope for the world
record thinking that surely condx couldn't be worse than during ARRL ssb. So
much for all that - the static crashes were 30-40 over 9 on Friday night and
even worse on Saturday.
Operating split (listening down for EU) I could hear many stns clg but
rarely could pull out a call - thanks to those who were persistent.
Congratulations to OH1MA for a fb score and a great sig - could hear him
loud from abt 0000Z til his sunrise both days - thru the static crashes!
