The design is available in the Compendium from the Low-Band Monitor, a

The actual design isn't anything devastatingly different from other
articles on shielded loops except for using hardline.  The hardline is a
nice touch because the shielding is 100% and the stiffer cable holds its
shape well.  I adapted mine to work on 80 and 160 with a 12-Volt cable
feed to switch a reed relay between a pair of trimmer caps.  Works great
for stuff out to about 2500 miles - or longer as my EA8BH QSO indicates.
