Comments:
Best yet in this one. Had been watching my Qs from last year and at one point
was 100 ahead of last year. Then the rate started to slow and near the end I was
wondering if I could even beat last year. But I did and also exceeded 1M points
for the first time in the CQWW RTTY.
On Sunday morning during a good run on 10m my neighbour called to report RFI in
the TV, radio and telephone. At that point I gave up 10m and stayed in the lower
bands the remainder of the contest. RTTY seems particularly bad for TVI etc.
Gotta move to the country.
Best band conditions for quite awhile and hopefully the cycle will hold up for
the phone one. Good to meet all my RTTY friends this weekend.
73,
Don VE3XD (VE3BUC last year)
