Comments:

This contest usually falls on my wife's birthday so my operating time is cut
back a little ... This year I only operated for about 7.5 hours but made the
most of it.

My score is down from other years but so was my operating time. Multipliers are
way down. No distant grids. Did not work any stations in deep west and only a
couple in the deep east. I had several very nice chats.

Most of the points are thanks to the rovers. Had a great visit from VE3WCC/R
and VA3CDD/R in the evening.

Conditions generally poor. No openings of significance on 6m or 2m. High
foliage absorption at my QTH on higher frequencies. High noise to SW on 6m.

Good local turnout.

I did not hear any new stations after 1930hrs local Sunday evening -
surprising.

This was a lot of fun!! Can't wait for January.
73 all.
Rick (VE3CVG)
