Comments:

Spent the first 10 minutes making 8 Q's on 40. KB1NRB was practically the only
Q5 station on 40 at the start. I see now that some guys made quite a few
contacts on 20 so maybe that's why there was such little action on 40 at the
start. I didn't even bother to hook up the 20 meter dipole this week.

As usual, things picked up after the QSY to 80. I am still using the low 160
antenna for 80. To use the higher 80 meter dipole I have to unroll about 200
feet of RG8U and hook it up. It just seemed like too much work in the dark
with a foot of snow on the ground.

First NS where I didn't work or even hear K4BAI. I did hear a weak /m one
time. Must have been Ty. Sorry I missed you.

This will be my last NS until late April since I am heading back to Japan next
week. I sure would like to operate these events remote from JA but it's
probably going to be a long time until I can figure out how to make that
happen.

Hope to be on again 40 M SB in ARRL CW from 7J1AAI.
