40M just didn't work from here tonight. Things continue to pick up for me once
activity shifts to 80M; the K9AY loop helped there in a big way tonight.
I see a decent number of Reverse Beacon spots for me on 20M & 80M, but zilch on
40M. The short dipole does not appear to be the solution.
