Comments:

I was able to use the high doublet up at 75' for 80/40 this year and it seemed
to make a big difference over the low (45') dipole). SO2R really helped during
the 20/40m crossover times between 2100-2400. On the bands, 20m was great, 80m
was noisy, but worked very well, and 40 was usable, but had a real nice short
skip opening in the last hour. With low sunspots, 15m was not too useful from
this high lattitude. The disappointment was 160m - I couldn't get anything
going there - no answers to CQ's at all at various times. Certainly not typical
conditions this time of year. At least 80/40 took up the slack. I set a new high
water QSO mark, but just missed the big kiloQSO. I had a great time and the 10
hours went by fast.
