[3830] Bad CQWW CW Non-USA summary

Hi All

Got a couple of emails regarding the CQWW CW non-USA summary.
Looks like it was truncated (although the copy in the 3830 archives
is fine.)

Looking a bit further, I think I see what happened:
I think the Club put in by RN4HAB is killing the summary as it truncates
after that listing. I'll try to correct that in tomorrow's edition.
